Pick up, Shipping or Returns

Pickup in Bunschoten (Not during holidays)

Once your prepaid order is ready, you will receive an email notification.

Pickup is available Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Pickup address: Energieweg 14-E, 3751LT BUNSCHOTEN-SPAKENBURG.

Please note: Pickup is on the first floor, there is no elevator!

Shipping:

Orders are shipped at fixed times: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 2:00 p.m.

All orders received by us before 2:00 p.m. on those days will be shipped on those shipping days.

If you would like your order to be shipped to a DHL Point, we will select a DHL Point near you. If desired, you can specify a specific DHL Point in the comments section of your order or by email.

If an item is out of stock but will be available within 1 to 2 days, we will hold your entire order. You will be notified of this.

If a particular card is no longer available, we will send you another card from your order as a replacement if it concerns 1 or 2 copies. If it concerns multiple copies, we will contact you first.

Shipping within the Netherlands:

Your order will be shipped in a padded envelope, sturdy cardboard envelope, or letterbox box, so that it can be delivered through the letterbox.

If shipping via your chosen delivery service is not possible, for example due to a technical malfunction or because the item does not fit through the letterbox, we reserve the right to choose another carrier.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands:

There is a minimum order amount of €20 after discounts. You will not pay any shipping costs.

For orders under €20, shipping costs are €3.45 for a DHL point or €3.99 for home delivery.

Shipping within Europe:

Processing costs for shipments outside the Netherlands but within Europe: Letterbox post €9.95 Packages €16.95

Shipping outside Europe:

Only on request.

Returns:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your products. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs (if the entire order is returned). Only the costs for returning the product from your home to our webshop are at your expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Goedkope-Ansichtkaarten.nl with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, you can:

- Simply contact us at [email protected] so that we can assist you further.

- Less easy: Fill in the cancellation form and return it to us together with your order.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of your return notification, provided that we have already received the product in good order.

PLEASE NOTE!

If you return your order without notifying us in advance (or if you do not collect your order from a DHL or PostNL service point*), we will unfortunately have to charge you €7.50 for the return costs. Once the package has been returned to us, your order will be (partially) canceled. This also applies if you refuse the package at the door.

* Packages returned in this way often do not reach us. In that case, no refund will be made and the purchase will remain valid.
